Pavlos Kavouras is Professor of Cultural Anthropology (Ethnography of Traditional Folk Music) of the Department of Music Studies at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He is also the Director of the Ethnomusicology and Cultural Anthropology Laboratory.
